We both have a strong background in freight forwarding and freight rate benchmarking. After several high-profile positions in various industries, we met around 2015 during one of our previous jobs. We both have one thing in common - the tireless strive to be the best in our industry. This is the passion that drives us, and this is the foundation on which we founded Martin & Sorbo - being the best ocean freight invoice audit company by generating the highest return for our clients.
Daniel Martin-Loike

With extensive experience in the automotive, retail, and freight forwarding industries, he consistently pursues excellence, striving to analyze diverse scenarios and implement cutting-edge processes driven by data-driven decision-making. Daniel has successfully led cross-functional supply chain teams and established globally recognized logistics procurement and execution tools, earning him prestigious accolades. His proficiency extends to managing outsourcing and insourcing projects, encompassing warehousing, production, and customs processes.
Thomas Sorbo
Co-Founder of Martin & Sorbo, is a visionary problem solver and seasoned serial entrepreneur. His unwavering passion for logistics and supply chain is evident in his extensive expertise. Thomas honed his skills in logistics and transportation during his tenure at Kuehne + Nagel, where he held various roles. Additionally, he leveraged his knowledge as a freight procurement consultant at Nordilog, a company he also founded.
Thomas's entrepreneurial journey continued with the co-founding of Xeneta. Through his strategic leadership, he transformed the company from a small Norwegian enterprise into a globally renowned brand, recognized as the premier source for freight rate intelligence worldwide.
